Our armored figure-8 cable is a fiber optic cable that is made by shaping two single-core armored cables into an 8-shaped outer jacket. From the inside to the outside, it is comprised of the optic fiber, a stainless steel flexible conduit, Kevlar, a stainless steel braiding and a flame-retardant jacket.
This armored cable has two sizes available at 2mm and 3 mm. We offer it in either single mode or multi-mode fiber options according to customer specifications.
